The Communications/Outreach Coordinator:
* Reports directly to the Director
* Implements the Communications/Outreach strategy of the Network.
* Assists with ongoing administrative tasks.
* Provides input to ongoing educational, media related and advocacy campaigns.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assists with the writing, editing and publication of Network documents and publications
* Organizes educational events for the Network, including film screenings and speaking tours
* Represents the Network at events, including speaking, facilitating workshops, and staffing tables
* Oversees interns, from interview and selection through the internship
* Maintains the Network's mailing and donor database
* Communicates directly with Network members, including Steering Committee and South Council Members
* Oversees general office maintenance
* Assists with fundraising

Additional qualifications: Must be a self-starter and strong team player with excellent writing and organizational skills. Must be able to work under pressure, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Must show strong commitment to global justice issues and a good sense of humor.

Minimum 2 years experience in organizing, activism, or campaign work on international financial institutions or other related global justice issues. Computer literacy required. Proficiency in Spanish or French desirable, but not required.

Salary: $24,000 - $32,000/year, depending on experience.
